  4. Notice period: Minimum time required for cancellation before next auto-renewal.

2. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the notice deadline. Cancelling stops future auto-renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period unless stated below.

3. Cancellation Notice Periods & Effective Dates

  2. Monthly plans: Submit at least 7 days before next billing. Cancellation effective end of current paid month.
  3. Annual plans: Submit at least 30 days before annual renewal. Cancellation effective end of current paid year.

4. Mandatory Cancellation Questionnaire

All cancellation requests must be accompanied by a completed Cancellation Questionnaire. Requests without the questionnaire cannot be processed.

5. Processing & SLAs

  1. Ops team reviews questionnaires within 48 hours and responds with confirmation or retention outreach.
  2. Cancellation confirmations emailed within 72 hours after approval.
  3. Retention offers may be presented before finalizing cancellation.

6. Student No-Show Policy

Student no-shows are chargeable. Reschedules or refunds are provided only under exceptional discretion after review of the questionnaire.

7. Tutor No-Show / Unavailability

  1. Efiko Learning notifies students and attempts to provide a standby tutor or make-up class.
  2. If no suitable replacement is possible, a make-up session or pro-rata credit/refund is issued.
  3. Tutor no-shows are logged and may trigger corrective action.

8. Refunds, Credits & Rescheduling

  1. Refunds: Issued only for tutor no-show, platform failure, or exceptional validated circumstances.
  2. Credits: May be issued toward future classes at Efiko Learning’s discretion.
  3. Rescheduling: Standard requests must be made 24 hours in advance. Short-notice requests handled at tutor discretion.

Example: If you are on a weekly plan billed every Monday and submit cancellation by Friday, your subscription stops next Monday. If submitted Saturday, next week’s charge applies.
