About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrator to serve as the backbone of our online education platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between students, tutors, and management to ensure the seamless delivery of educational services. You will be responsible for the "fine-tuning" of our daily operations, from managing complex schedules to providing essential technical and administrative support. Your goal is to maintain a high-quality learning environment where both students and tutors can thrive without friction.



What you'll do

1. Student & Tutor Support

  1. Respond to student and tutor inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  2. Assist with onboarding, registration, scheduling, and account issues.
  3. Provide technical support for basic platform navigation.

2. Scheduling & Coordination

  1. Manage class bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  2. Coordinate tutor availability and match tutors to students based on needs.
  3. Maintain up-to-date calendars and send reminders.

3. Data & Document Management

  1. Maintain student records, tutor files, and course materials.
  2. Ensure accurate data entry and secure storage of information.
  3. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed.

4. Platform Operations

  1. Monitor the web application platform for errors, incomplete tasks, or missing content.
  2. Collaborate with technical team to ensure platform readiness and efficiency.

5. Communication & Customer Service

  1. Draft and send announcements, newsletters, and follow-up emails.
  2. Handle feedback, complaints, and escalation processes professionally.
  3. Maintain strong customer service and support standards.

6. Administrative Support

  1. Support HR functions such as recruiting or onboarding tutors.
  2. Coordinate internal meetings and prepare basic administrative documents.

7. Quality & Compliance

  1. Ensure adherence to platform policies, privacy standards, and data protection guidelines.
  2. Monitor compliance of tutors with onboarding and performance requirements.
